"I have used Hi bachi twice for personal chef services. Roman is an absolute professional. He put on a great show and had a lot of personality. Both times, he has been more than willing to accommodate any requests that we've had. He also took the time out of his show to make sure that my 4 year old nephew was entertained as well. This is well worth the price and you get a better show and food than any teppanyaki place in the area. Roman has years of experience and it shows.
